We had water stains appearing on our ceiling after every heavy rain but could not figure out where the roof was leaking. Leak Inspector used thermal imaging to trace the moisture path from the ceiling stain all the way back to a failed flashing around our chimney. It turned out the water was traveling over 10 feet along a rafter before dripping through. No way we would have found that on our own.
